Currently assisting Buffalo Jackson by directing and curating the brand’s social media experience through organic and paid campaigns. Through these initiatives, Buffalo Jackson’s social presence has increased substantially. Through analyzing our social data and ad results, I have been able to narrow the audience so that the brand can speak to its most loyal followers and those that look and act like them. From here we are able to build more engaging content that continues to tell the story of Buffalo Jackson and inspire our audience to live by the brand motto, Honor Your Wild.
Along with leading social initiatives, I construct and implement our brand marketing and product launch strategies. All while assisting our visual content manager in the creative direction of brand content.
Create blog content and scheduling to drive our brand
Manage monthly marketing metrics/dashboard reporting and modification as needed
Manage vendor relationships (Paid Search, SEO, Market Research) as directed by the Director
of Sales & Marketing
Determine strategy for content/promotional/editorial calendar which includes planning and
collaboration with inventory management team
Execute Google Analytics & Sales Conversion Analysis on a weekly basis
Other duties as assigned
Plan and execute curated content on all appropriate platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest); manage communications and content of social contractor/s as needed
Manage responses to customer service inquiries, complaints, and questions on social platforms
Plan, execute and analyze social ad and product launch campaigns to ensure target audience is
Execute larger content initiatives for the promotion of the brand and to garner strong awareness
Update and maintain website to ensure successful updates and better online user experience
Create and maintain product page to reflect accurate product descriptions and displays
Advertising Coordinator | Nov. 2017 - May 2018
As an Advertising Coordinator with Resolution Media I worked with my team to manage paid social campaigns for the Dick’s Sporting Goods brand. During this time I collaborated with Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and several other sports and lifestyle brands to promote product launches through DSG’s social accounts.
From this experience, I was able to have the chance of working with a few major players in the retail and lifestyle space learning social and launch strategies while managing multi-million dollar social advertising budgets, analyzing data, reporting insights, and presenting campaign and audience data metrics to the client.

Development of keywords (for search) or interest targets (for social) and copy builds following Resolution Media and client-specific best practices
Recognize issues and escalate appropriately
Know which optimization tactics are appropriate to leverage based on clients goals and data analysis
